Warm, Personal Care
A family-style environment where children receive individualized attention, affection, encouragement, and a strong sense of belonging.
A loving, safe, and nurturing home where children can learn, explore, grow, build confidence, and feel like part of the family.
Care, learning, play, meals, rest, friendships, and encouragement—all in one nurturing daily rhythm.
Parents looking for childcare want more than a beautiful room. They want to know who will care for their child, what the day feels like, and whether their child will be known, loved, and supported.
A family-style environment where children receive individualized attention, affection, encouragement, and a strong sense of belonging.
Story time, music, art, movement, hands-on activities, conversation, and play support language, thinking, motor, and social-emotional development.
Active play, outdoor experiences, nourishing meals, calm transitions, rest, and free-choice time help children move through the day with confidence.
Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are part of the daily routine, with positive healthy eating habits encouraged.
Children practice sharing, friendship, communication, independence, confidence, and respectful interactions in a nurturing setting.
The familiarity of a home environment can make transitions gentler while still giving children a structured and engaging day.
Owner / Director
Welcome to Andrews Family Childcare. Our program combines learning, play, creativity, physical activity, rest, social interaction, and caring relationships to support the whole child.
Our goal is not simply to care for children while parents are working. We want each child to explore, build friendships, develop confidence, strengthen new skills, and enjoy coming through the door each day.
Children learn through relationships, routines, movement, conversation, creativity, exploration, and play—not by sitting still all day.
A predictable routine helps children feel secure and know what comes next, while still allowing flexibility for individual needs and special activities.
Recognition is meaningful, but the trust families place in us every day matters most. Historical recognitions are clearly labeled by year where applicable.

Recognition highlighting a nurturing environment, educational experiences, developmentally appropriate materials, outdoor play, and caring early-childhood practice.

The 2017 recognition documented quality areas including child observation, health and child development, teacher education, positive teacher-child interaction, and environment.
